Right of rescission

This right is located in Title 15 subsection 1635 the importance of this rule is it allows you to enforce your will to not consent to any Act or any transaction in which you feel that real disclosure was not issue. Also if you feel that someone is claiming or acquiring any type of Interest in your personal property whether it be a lease agreement, an installment loan agreement, utilities, bank accounts or any other account which is for the benefit of your personal, family, or household purposes.
